Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
1 cup onion
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoon refined oil
salt as required
powdered black pepper as required
4 cup peas
2 cup frozen sweet corn
3 cup water
How to make
Step 1
To prepare this yummy soup recipe, wash peas and sweet corns under running water 2-3 times. Place onion on a chopping board and chop it. Then peel garlic cloves and crush them.
Step 2
Now, put a deep-bottomed pan over a medium flame and add 3 cups water, chopped onions, corns, peas, salt and crushed garlic in it. Cook the mixture until the vegetables are cooked, stirring in between. When done, turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down.
Step 3
Now, mix in pepper and milk and season with salt. Keep stirring the mixture in between. Transfer the soup into serving bowls and serve immediately. (Optional: You can add carrots in it for more taste)
