Islamic University of Technology (IUT), an echelon of engineering study in Bangladesh, funded by OIC, is known for its performance in international technological festivals. Mecceleration is one of the several international tech-fest organized by the Department of Mechanical and Chemical Engineering (MCE) of IUT.
This year the program was held on Friday. It was attended by about 500 participants from more than 25 academic institutions. The fest was aggrandized by the presence of Iwan Wiranata-Atmadja, the ambassador of extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia. Vice Chancellor of IUT Prof Dr Munaz Ahmed Noor was present as the chief patron.
