Md Abdul Hamid, President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, handing over certificate to a newly qualified chartered accountant at 20th Convocation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh at a city hotel on Sunday. Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed was present as special guest while Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation Chairman Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad was the speaker and ICAB President Masih Malik Chowdhury FCA gave welcome address.
