Mercantile Bank Limited (MBL) has signed an agreement with Nazihar Tech Limited (NTech) to provide customers with fast, secure online and technology-based advanced core banking services. Under the deal, the bank will get the benefit of managing the service of existing core banking solution Temenos T24 software, said a press release.
Md. Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of the bank and Zillur Rahman, Managing Director of Nazihar Tech Limited (a sister concern of Nazihar Group) signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organization held at the bank’s head office in the capital recently.
Mati Ul Hasan, AMD, Adil Raihan, Shamim Ahmed, Hasne Alam, DMDs, Tapash Chandra Paul, CFO of Mercantile Bank Limited, Mazbour Rahman, Md. Mushiur Rahman, Directors, Chowdhury Fakhruddin Mahmud Siddique, CTO, Md. Rayhan Uddin Sarkar, COO and other senior officials of the company were also present.
