Marcel witnesses huge sales ahead of Eid-ul-Azha

The local electronics and electrical home appliances manufacturer ‘Marcel’ are experiencing huge sales of its wide range of products following the imminent Eid-ul-Azha, one of the biggest religion festival of the country’s Muslim community to be celebrated in the next month.
Introduction of new models of refrigerators, freezers, LED televisions, water purifier, blenders, switch-sockets, induction cookers and other home and kitchen appliances in the local electronics market centering the upcoming Qurbani Eid is resulted in booming the overall sales of Marcel.
According to Marcel officials, the local brand has posted about 40 percent growth during the first 20 days of August’16 against the sales of August’15. Besides, the sales of fridges, LED televisions and air conditioners in the July of 2016 are gone up by 55 percent, 350 percent and 45 percent respectively against the sales of the same month of the previous year.
After the end of Eid-ul-Fitr, Marcel released new models of 20-inch LED television, which is featured with Dolby sound box on the left and the right side of the TV and thus the local brand named this model as ‘Boom Box.’ In addition, it also introduced silver version’s 19, 24, 28 and 32-inch LED televisions.
