Thirteen days after being corona negative, a union social worker at Gafargaon upazila in Mymensingh district has again been informed that he is corona positive.
Ismail Hossain, 30, works at Gafargaon Social Service Office, submitted swab sample for coronavirus test after he showed some symptoms for the virus and, later on June 10, he received a message saying that he was tested negative for coronavirus.
On Tuesday (June 23), he again got a phone call from Bhaluka Upazila Health Complex and was informed
that he is infected with coronavirus.
When contracted with Bhaluka upazila health and family planning officer Suheli Sharmin, she could not provide any kind of proper explanation and, rather, she misbehaved.
Bhaluka UNO and Gafargaon UNO said that the matter would be looked into.
Soheli Sharmin said his sample was sent for coronavirus test again.
Meanwhile, after Ismail Hossain tested negative for the virus on June 10, he joined his work and performed duty and came in contact with people and his colleagues.
