A man was killed as a train ran him over in AK Khan area of Chittagong city on Wednesday night.
The identity of the man, aged around 25, could not be known immediately, said Alauddin Talukder Islam, Assistant Sub-Inspector at Chittagong Medical College Hospital police outpost.
On information, police recovered the body lying beside the rail track around 11:00pm.
