A man was killed in a road accident in Badda Natun Bazar area under Gulshan police station in the city on Monday.
The unknown 35-year-old man was hit by a pickup van.
Later, he was rescued by Md Azhar, a traffic constable, and taken to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where on-duty doctors declared him dead around 8:30am.
