An unidentified youth was killed in a road accident in Kollyanpur area under Darus Salam Police Station of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) on early Wednesday.
Quoting locals, sub-inspector Abu Sayed of the
Police Station said the accident took place in the area around 4:45am when a garbage-laden (carrying) vehicle hit the youth, leaving him dead on the spot.
On information, police recovered the body and sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy, the SI added.
