Classical music maestro and eminent flutist Ustad Capt Azizul Islam’s sweet recital of ragas practically led the audiences pinned and captivated in the flute evening recently held at National Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the city organised by the cultural organisation, Pathikrit Foundation. Ustad Azizul Islam was accompanied by the exciting beats on tabla played by Syed Meher Hossain and enriching sound on tanpura by Jahangir Alam in the programme.
