Madrasa student’s body found inside train in Kamalapur

Police recovered the body of a madrasa girl in the city’s Kamalapur Railway Station on Monday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Asma Akter, 18, Daughter of Abdur Razzak, hailed from Panchagarh district.
Quoting the family members, police said she was a student of a local madrasa.
On information, police recovered the body from the toilet of an abandoned compartment of ‘Balaka Express’ train around 9:30 am, said Rasho Banik, Sub-Inspector (SI) of Dhaka Railway Police Station. Police suspect Asma might have been killed, the SI said. However, the body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue.
