Selina has been conferred with M Phil degree by Jahangirnagar University (JU) for her research on ‘Administrative Accountability and News paper: Perspective of Bangladesh 1991-2001’.
The Syndicate of the university conferred the degree on August 23 at a function with Vice-chancellor Professor Farzana Islam in chair.
Selina conducted her research under Md. Shamsul Alam, Professor of Government and Politics department, JU.
The researcher found out that the administrative transparency and accountability in Bangladesh is 42.5 percent which is better than in other developing countries.
