11th National Parliamentary election: M A Rohim CIP deserves AL nomination from Moulvibazar -3 seat

Alhaj M A Rohim CIP, MP aspirant candidate from Moulvibazar -3 Constituency , former councilor of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) , Vice-President of UK Awami League , founder of many educational institutions and eminent social worker has been working for the welfare of the people of Moulvibazar -3 seat(Moulvibazar Sadar and eight unions of Rajnagar upazila) for a long time and people from all walks of life received him as their candidate of choice and expected his success in the upcoming 11th national parliamentary election .
He has been playing pioneering role in spreading education in the area by establishing many educational institutions such as Alhaj Md Mokhilsur Rahman Degree College , Mrs Korful Nessa Eathim khana and Hafazia Madrasa , Bidrohi Kabi Kazi Nazrul islam Primary School , Osmani Primary School , London Victoria College , VWCC ICT Training College, Bangabandhu Primary School in UK and Law Associates . Through his educational institutions , over 1000 graduated have been created and they have already built career in different fields .
Besides, Thailand-London Bangle Agro Ltd and MR Tower -2 Shopping Complex in Moulvibazar have created job opportunities for over 7000 people in the area.
M A Rohim CIP has been involved in politics since 1969 as student leader and in the long course of politics he has to face lot of problems including prison during 1/11 in 2007 . In that time , he came back from London with then leader of the Opposition in Parliament and now Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and when he went to his village home , he was arrested in anti-state case .
While talking to this correspondent, M A Rohim CIP said, I have been working for 10 to 12 years to build Sonar Bangla with the spirit of call of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujubur Rahman and I am optimistic that the Prime Minister and President of Bangladesh Awami League Sheikh Hasina will consider my deeds and she will give me nomination .
He further said , my family members need not anything for themselves as they are highly established abroad . I will use my British experience and expertise to make Moulvibazar as an ideal and modern constituency and balanced development will be ensured in all upazilas , Mr Rohim added.
When this correspondent talked to various section of people , they said, If the Prime Minister give him nomination from the Bangladesh Awami League , we will vote for him to continue the development of the area as well as the country .
He has collected nomination form from Bangladesh Awami League Office-Secretary Dr Abdus Sobhan Golap at Dhanmondi office recently .
Moulvibazar 3 seat has a total of 347,900 registered voters spread across 12 unions of Moulvibazar Sadar and eight unions of Rajnagar upazila.
Moulvibazar 3 constituency has changed hands repeatedly through the years, with Awami League winning the seat five times, BNP four times and Jatiya Party once in all the elections held since independence.  
Local elite said, M A Rohim CIP is well ahead in the race for the ruling party ticket and said he is confident of receiving the nomination and winning the election.
