Luna Shamsuddoha, Chairman of Janata Bank Limited, presiding over its 11th AGM at its head office in city recently. The AGM approved confirmation of the minutes of the 10th AGM, audited financial report of 2017 and appointments of auditors for 2018 including other relevant matters. Md. Abdus Salam Azad, Managing Director, directors of the bank and Md. Fazlul Haque, Additional Secretary as Government’s representative were also present.
