A seminar on ‘United we achieve’ organised by District Governor of Lions Clubs International, District 315 A1 Bangladesh was held recently at StartUp Restaurant at Sobhanbagh in the City. Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu MP was the chief guest in the seminar. District Governor Mia Mohammad Kuddus FCA, MJF presided over the seminar.
Keynote paper in the seminar was presented by Syed Mizanur Rahman, Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of Daffodil International University and keynote speech was delivered by Professor Dr. Profulla Chandra Sarker, Vice Chancellor of Prime University. The function was also addressed by 1st & 2nd Vice District Governor Dr. M A Halim Patwary, PMJF and Lion Kalpana Rajiuddin, MJF.
Addressing as the chief guest Hasanul Haq Inu MP stressed on national unity and achievement. He urged all to come forward to involve in nation building activities based on national consensus.
He expressed his gratitude to Lions Clubs International for its outstanding contributions in national welfare, providing services to the destitute as an international voluntary organization.
