Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur and Chattogram divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said an official press release here on Wednesday.
Country’s maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded by 35.8 degree Celsius at Jashore and minimum temperature was recorded by 24 degree Celsius at Saidpur on Wednesday.
The highest rainfall for last twenty-four hours till 6 am on Wednesday was recorded by 51 millimeters (mm) at Rangamati.
