Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasts light to moderate rain or thundershowers in some place across the country in 24 hours till 9 am today.
“Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions,” said a Met office press release here on Saturday morning.
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, it said, adding the day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The maximum temperature was recorded 36.4 degrees Celsius on Friday at Jashore in Khulna division while Saturday’s minimum temperature 24.4 degrees Celsius at Srimangal in Sylhet.
