Dr Md Liakat Hossain Moral and Md Afzal Karim have joined Bangladesh Krishi Bank as General Managers recently.
Prior, Liakat Hossain Moral was Chief Regional Manager of Dhaka Division of the same bank. He started his banking career as Class-I Probationary Officer in Bangladesh Krishi Bank in 1983.
He served as Principal of BKB’s Training Institute. He was faculty member of BIBM for 8 years.
He completed his Phd in 2012. He has written 20 articles which are published in different journals at home and abroad. His research book entitled “The Banking Sector of Bangladesh: Reforms Antecedents & Economic Outcomes” lauded by all.
Md Afzal Karim was serving as Deputy General Manager in House Building Finance Corporation.
He started his banking career as Senior Principal Officer (SPO) in HBFC in 1995. He completed his Bsc Engineering and did his Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management. He was Project Manager of a British company and Sena Kalyan Sangstha.
