Peoples of the Local Government Institutions (LGIs), particularly Union Parishads (UPs), are key players towards supplementing the government efforts of attaining Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, said Engineer Abdul Matin.
The grassroots public representatives should gain capacity and competence relating to operating their respective institutions as systemic, disciplined and professional and public entity.
