LGED organised an orientation programme for the newly appointed 53 assistant engineers at its headquarters on Sunday. LGED Chief Engineer Md Wahidur Rahman delivered his speech and advised the new recruits to maintain highest level of professional integrity during discharging their duties.
Among others, Additional Chief Engineers Shyama Prosad Adhikar, Abul Kalam Azad, Mohsin, Azizur Rahman, Superintending Engineers Showkat Ali Bhuiyan, Iftekhar Ahmed, Executive Engineer Abdus Sattar and Sr. Assistant Engineer Zahurul Alam Mondal were present.
The recruitment was made upon recommendations given by the Public Service Commission under National Pay Scale-2009. The newly appointed assistant engineers will be posted in Upazila level office under LGED.
