LG Electronics Bangladesh on Tuesday introduced a hotline number for customer service.
From now on, customers can directly call to the number 09678-545454 to get assistance related to products or to place their request for the service.
This helpline will receive calls from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm everyday including public holidays and people will get their questions’ answered about product setup and features, use and care, repair and maintenance issues, said a press release.
LG Electronics Bangladesh Managing Director Edward Kim said, “As part of our continued efforts to provide quality product and services to our customers, the hotline service is introduced. We have courteous, respectful and knowledgeable individuals that can assist customers with all technical support and service issues.”
