A brick-field labourer was allegedly killed by throwing from a truck-lorry at Gabtoli Tekpara area of Datter Bazar Union under Pagla Thana at Gafargaon in Mymensingh on Friday night.
The deceased was identified as Hiron Mea (27).
This incident happened on at 10 pm on Friday night. Police and villagers said, brick-field labourer Hiron Mia of Patlashi village at Neguary Union used to work as a labourer of B.AB Brick-field owned by Roman Akanda in the same area.
On the way of Gabtoli Tekpara area at Datter Bazar Union , Hiron was fallen and injured critically.
He was sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital at night but he died on the way to hospital. It is alleged that driver Ripon Mia threw him away from lorry.
Abdus Samad, father of the deceased Hiron complained that Ripon threw his son from running tractor for altercation.
Abul Basher, Deputy Inspector of Pagla Thana informed, Hiron Mia was run over by tractor and he died on the way to go to Mymensingh for treatment.
OC Chand Mia said, it is difficult to say whether the matter is either accident or killing. None has filed complaint.
