Vice-Rector of International School of Medicine, Kyrgyzstan Prof Aidaraliev Arsen Asylbekovich paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique at his residential office on the campus on Friday.
Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Dhaka Kazi Shamsul Haque was present at the meeting, said a DU press release on Saturday.
During the meeting, they discussed the possibilities of undertaking joint academic and research programs on medical science.
They expressed keen interest to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) soon in this regard, the release added.
