Kumar Bishwajit’s three eras

In music arena, popular singer Kumar Bishwajit has already crossed three eras. During long time of his career in music he received many awards including National Film Award for three times.
He started his career since 1977 but professionally from 1982. His rendered song Torey putul-er moto korey sajiye written by Abdullah Al Mamun and composed by Naquib Khan was telecasted in Al Mansur produced in a programme Sheuly Mala.
 This song brought him limelight during that time. In 1985, he first gave his voice in Nur Hossain Bolai directed a movie. Later he rendered many songs and won hearts of so many listeners.
From the beginning of his career to present time he has dominated the music industry. While talking about his long three eras in music arena Kumar Bishwajit told this correspondent, “My father was a businessman. He wanted I would concentrate to his business. But only for my mother’s interest I have come into this position. I am grateful to her in this regard. I am also grateful to them who were engaged with my first song. I am also grateful to my fans because only for them I have come into this position.”
