Kochi Khondokar is a director, playwright and actor at a time. But he always feels comfortable to introduce himself as a director to all. After two decades of his writing and acting careers, he is going to make movie. He will make three movies at a time. These are: Lal Pukur, Khosru Minus Moina and My Dear Football. Now he is engaged with writing stories of these three movies. While talking in this regard Kochi Khondokar said, “I wrote stories of many dramas and telefilms. I acted in more than thousand numbers of dramas and telefilms. Now making cinema
is my dream. For this reason, I am engaged with writing of stories of three movies. I believe Inshallah I will start work of movie Lal Pukur in July. Works of rest two movies are expected to start next year. I am storywriter of these movies. So, I have expectation to make these with giving my level best effort. Viewers loved me so much. I want to survive getting loves from all. It is not an easy task to be a public character. I have become and it is my achievement as I believe.” Kochi Khondokar is now acting in Mahmudur Rahman Hime directed NTV’s ongoing serial House No 96. Dramas Khosru Plus Moina, Bicycle, Little-man, Of the People for the People by the People, mega serial FDC, Cinema Hall, Probad Bakkyo, etc are Kochi-starrer mentionable works. Mosharraf Karim came into limelight to act in Mostafa Sarwar Farooki’s drama Carom, which story was written by Kochi. Hailed from Kushtia, Kochi studied till HSC.
