Noted film actress and former MP Sarah Begum Kobori will receive Lifetime Achievement Award again. She will get the award at ‘Uro-CJFB Performance Award 2014,’ which is jointly organised by Cultural Journalists Forum of Bangladesh (CJFB) and Globe Soft Drinks is scheduled to be held on November 20. Kobori will get this award for her outstanding performances in the country’s film arena.
While talking about her getting award Kobori told this correspondent, “Basically Lifetime Achievement Award is given at the last age of any performer. While receiving the award last year from the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina I said that after getting the award I have to bear its reasonability. Now young generation is working a lot and they are doing really well. I have keen interest to work them.”
It may be mentioned that Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu will be present as chief guest at the award giving ceremony.
