Staff Reporter ( Kishoreganj) :The Directorate of National Consumers Rights Protect (DNCRP) in Karimganj and Katiadi town of Kishoreganj sealed off three clinics and diagnostic centers and fined Tk 75,000 for various irregularities on Thursday .
