Banskhali thana police rounded up kidnapped madrasa student from Napora village of the upazila on Saturday evening.
Madrasa student Md. Babul Akhter was kidnapped from Kadalpur village under Raozan upazila of the district. Babul is the student of class three of Kadalpur Hamidia madrasa .
Police also arrested the kidnapper Nurul Quader . Babul , son of Md. Rafique of Kadalpur Kamalatila area was kidnapped by Nurul Quader on September 11 last. Following the filing of abduction case before the Raozan thana police, Banskhali thana police in cooperation with Raozan police conducted raid in Banskhali Napora village and managed to apprehend the student.
Banskhali thana police handed over the rescued student to Raozan thana police yesterday, sources said.
Mentionable that Nurul Quader was employed as agri labour on daily wages basis in the house of Md. Rafique since long.
Following the advantage of his job in the house of Rafique, he abducted the son of his employer aimed at realizing his huge amount of outstanding wages from his employer , sources said .
