A brilliant batting display by the top-order helped Khulna Division to score 252 for 6 in 90 overs against Barisal Division in the first round of 15th National Cricket League (NCL) on Thursday at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna.
Lower-order batsmen Ziaur Rahman (18) and Nahidul Islam with (5) runs were at the crease when the stumps were drawn for the day.
Fazle Rabbi claimed three wickets conceding 25 runs.
