Kazi Shofiqul Azam Secretary of ERD and Nicolas Forange, Regional Director for South Asia of AFD, sign an agreement for a long-term Credit Facilities Agreement (CFA) of £ 115 million, which will be on-lent between Dhaka WASA and Agence Française de Development (AFD) for the implementation of the Saidabad Water Treatment Plant Phase-III Project of Dhaka WASA recently in the city.
