President of Bangladesh Football Federation Kazi Md Salahuddin has tested positive for coronavirus. Kazi Md Salahuddin could not attend in the funeral programme of late legend footballer Badal Roy on November 23 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium as Salahuddin felt that he had symptom of Covid-19.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Football Federation Md Abu Nayeem Shohag said, ” Kazi Salahuddin gave saliva for test of coronavirus. He got his report on Wednesday and according to the report he was infected by coronavirus. Salahuddin’s condition is not critical. He has minor symptom of coronavirus. He is now in isolation at home. He is taking medication there by the advice of his physician. He is doing well.”
