Kazi Masihur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of Mercantile Bank Limited (MBL) and N.K.A Mobin, FCA, FCS, Managing Director and CEO of Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) exchanging documents after signing a deal in the city on Monday.
