Karate team to leave for Nepal today

A 14-memebr of Bangladesh karate team leave for Nepal today to take part in the Walton 8th NSKA International Karate Championship schedule to be held on May 21- 14 at the Dasarath Rangasala National Stadium.
Apart from host Nepal, USA, UAE, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India will take part in the five-day meet.
The Bangladesh team comprised seven-four men’s and three of women’s.
In this regards, a press conference was held on Tuesday at the Bangabandhu National Stadium to give all the details of championship.
Bangladesh team chief representative Probitro Kumar Saha, Bangladesh Marshall Art Confederation general secretary Hasan Uzzaman Moni and tournament sponsor Walton additional director head of games and sports FM Iqbal Bin Anwar were present among others at the press conference.
Bangladesh karate team: Rezaul Karim Masum, M Shamim Osman, M Hasan Khan, M Lokman Hossain, Moriom Khatun, Nasima Akter, Munni Khanam and team coach Jasim Uddin.
