Kamal Ahmed mesmerises audience at Nat’l Museum

Noted Tagore artiste Kamal Ahmed’s solo musical soiree titled Borshar Bhalobasha organised by the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre (IGCC), High Commission of India was held at Sufia Kamal Auditorium in the National Museum on first day of Ashar, third month of Bengali calendar.
Kamal Ahmed proved that love and rainy season becomes lively with Tagore’s songs. The evening of rainy season had become memorable with the presentation of him. Dr Neepa Chowdhury, Director of IGCC, inaugurated the show. Kamal Ahmed enthralled the audience by his beautiful voice and relevant speech.
Kamal Ahmed presented 14 songs in the evening and the audience was mesmerised by his perforamance.
The singer started the evening with the song Abar Eshechhey Ashar Akash Chheye and he wrapped up the show with the song titled Bhora Thak Smrity Sudhai Bidayer Potrokhani. Thus the singer made the show lively with his soulful voice and it became memorable with the performance of the artist.
Kamal Ahmed also rendered other songs like Nishi Na Pohate, Badol Diner Prothom Kodom Phul, Asha Jawar Pother Dharey, Ei Udashi Hawar Pothey Pothey, Aji Srabon Ghono Gohon Mohe, Jodi Jantem Amar Kiser Byatha, Aji Jhorer Raate, Amar Jibon Patro Uchholia, etc.
