Kamal Ahmed gets Bangabandhu Research Foundation Award ‘15

Noted Tagore artiste Kamal Ahmed got Bangabandhu Research Foundation Award 2015 for his contribution in the field vocal music. He received the award from the Railway Minister Mujibul Haque at a programme marking the 96th birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the Central Public Library in the city recently.
In professional life, Kamal Ahmed has been working as Director (International Affairs) of Bangladesh Betar now. He is also Secretary General of 9th BCS Forum. He has 12 albums. In 2010, he got SAARC Cultural Award.
