Hafez Abdul Kader, an accused in madrasa student Nusrat murder case, was brought to a Feni court yesterday at 1.30 pm to record his confessional statement.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Sharafuddin Ahmed has been made ready to record the confessional statement of Kader, who is known as the main accused and his name has been included in the First Information Report (FIR) of the case. Earlier, he has been agreed to made confession in the case.
The PBI arrested Kader from Dhaka’s Kamrangirchar area on Wednesday night, said the inspector. He is a teacher of Sonagazi Islamia Fazil Madrasa. Earlier, three other accused made confessional statement in the case.
A total of 18 people were arrested for their alleged involvement in murder of Nusrat Jahan Rafi, the PBI said.
