Bangladesh Supreme Court Appellate Division senior most judge, Justice Abdul Wahab Mian, will discharge the duty of chief justice in absence of Chief Justice Sudrendra Kumar Sinha from March 9 to 12.
President M. Abdul Hamid vested the responsibility to Justice Abdul Wahab Mian as per Article 97 of the constitution, said an official release yesterday.
