Jumatul Wida observed across country

Jumatul Wida, the last Jum’a prayers in the holy month of Ramzan, was observed across the country on Friday with due solemnity and religious fervour.
Muslim devotees attended the Jum’a prayers at different mosques, maintaining health guidelines issued by the government in the awake of the global pandemic COVID-19, across the country.
The main Jumatul Wida congregation was held at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the capital where thousands of devotees attended the Jum’a prayers.
However, special measures, including arrangement for using hand sanitizer and disinfectant tunnels, were taken in all mosques, including the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, across the country to facilitate the devotees in maintaining health rules properly.
Before the prayers, Khateebs and Imams delivered sermons highlighting the significance of Jumatul Wida.
After the prayers, special munajats were offered seeing divine blessings for the peace and prosperity of Bangladesh, unity of the Muslim Ummah and relief from the global epidemic coronavirus.
