Chittagong Bureau :
An activist of Jubo Dal was slaughtered by the rival group at Pahartali Thana of Chittagong district on Friday afternoon.
The dead was identified as–Saidul Islam, 24, son of late Salim Miah. He was an active activist of ward Jubo Dal.
Pahartali Thana OC AKM Azizur Rahman said, the rival group picked up Saidul around 1:30pm and later slaughtered him over prevoius enmity.
He was rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital where on-duty doctors declared Saidul dead.
Local people said, Saidul had at loggerheads with Sohel.
