Jahangirnagar University (JU) is going to a 10-day vacation from today on the occasion of Durga Puja, Ashura and Laxmi Puja.
All classes and examinations will remain closed till October 5 while administrative activities will remain closed from September 28 to October 1 and October 5, JU Registrar Abu Bakr Siddique told on Monday. “The academic and administrative activities will resume on October 8 as the admission test will start from that day,” he said, adding that the dormitories of the university will not to be closed during the vacation.
