A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Emporia State University of America and Jahangirnagar University (JU) with a view to enhancing bilateral education and research.
JU Treasurer Professor Sheikh Md Monjurul Huq on behalf of Jahangirnagar University and President of Emporia State University Allison Garrett singed the MoU at a function held at the counseling room of senate hall in the morning.
Under this MoU, students of JU Business Studies Faculty will get opportunity of education and research at the American university.
JU Vice Chancellor Prof Farzana Islam, Executive Director of International Education department of Emporia State University Mark Dally, Chairman of JU Management Studies department Assistant Professor Awal Al Kabir and teachers of the faculty were present at the function.
