Wednesday. “This parliament believes that the appellate division’s decision declaring the 16th amendment to the constitution illegal should be dismissed and calls for appropriate legal action to be taken to remove the unconstitutional, offensive and irrelevant observations made by the Honourable Chief Justice regarding parliament and other important matters,” Badal’s proposal said.
