Joypurhat District team and BKSP recorded wins in their respective matches of the Agrani Bank 26th National Youth Hockey Competition on Wednesday.
In the day’s first match, Joypurhat District team defeated Comilla District team by 4-1 goals at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium.
Masum of Joypurhat District team scored two goals and his teammates Russell, Manik netted one goal each.
On the other hand, Sagor scored one goal for the losers.
In the day’s second match, BKSP blanked Chittagong Division team by 12-0 goals at the same venue.
Sohanur of BKSP scored four goals with a hat-trick, his teammate Arshad struck a hat-trick, their playmate Rajib Das netted two goals and their teammates Mohsin, Khalilur, Raqibul successfully struck one time each on the board.
