Eminent freedom fighter Haji Fazal Karim Chowdhury , father of The New Nation Correspondent of Bandarban M A Hakim Chowdhury died at Chattogram Medical University at 2 : 45 pm on Tuesday, says a press release.
He was burried at the family graveyard at Pearibagh under Purbo Kalauzan in the Upazila . His Qualkhani was held on Monday in his own village.
He was 108. He left behind four sons, four daughters and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
