RPL certificate holders can go abroad as skilled workers

Staff Reporter :Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Imran Ahmad on Wednesday said with obtaining government-providing recognition of prior learning (RPL) certificates, returnee migrant workers will be able to go abroad again as ‘skilled manpower’.“The returnee workers will be able to earn more going abroad again as RPL certificate holder. They will be counted as a skill worker,” the minister said while addressing a discussion in the auditorium of Bangladesh-Korea Technical Training Centre (BKTTC) in the capital.The programme was organised...
