Jessore DB OC stand released twice

Police authority stand released Imaul Haque, officer in-charge, Detective Branch, Jessore twice after repeated allegations rose against him although the police officials denied the information of accusations.
He was first stand released from his position and attached to Bagerhat in an order issued by the office of the deputy inspector general of police, Khulna on GA- 2/7524/8 on June 25, 2017 and on June 29, 2017, he was released from Jessore and attached to Rangpur range by the police headquarters for the second time based on order number GE/10-2016(Ins)/2011.
Police sources said having the information of his stand release by his own sources, the Jessore DB chief went on three day leave on June 25 keeping the official cell phone number with him. In the meanwhile, he tried to change the release order. He had to leave Jessore on the night of June 29.
Earlier, Imaul Haque handed over his charges to Rafiqul Islam of the detective branch.
While asked about the stand release order of the DB OC, Shahid Md Abu Sarwar, additional superintendent of police told Newsmen that refused to make any comment about it saying that he was on leave. Tanvir Ahmed, assistant superintendent of police, Jessore, however, confirmed that the Jessore DB police boss was withdrawn from Jessore. ‘Imaul Haque left Jessore on Thursday’, he added.
