Junior Chamber International (JCI) Dhaka Cosmopolitan has made its new executive committee for the year 2021 recently.
Saif Uddowlah and Ayesha Saeed have been elected President and Executive Vice President respectively.
Other members of the board are Vice President Alisa Islam, Saif Alam and Rezwan ul Hoque, General Secretary Chowdhury Golam Noor-A-Sunny, Treasurer Samiha Akhter, General Legal Council Syeda Amina Ali, Director Ahmed Jawad Yusuf, Sarzana Mahtab, Aurthima Naznoor and Fazle Rabby, Committee Chair Nahian Rahman and Naimul Karim.
They elected for the posts at a General Members Meeting (GMM) held at a city hotel recently.
The GMM started off by reciting the JCI Creed, Mission & Vision. After the commencement, Local President of JCI Dhaka Cosmopolitan Saif Uddowlah along with other board members & project leads shared the activity reports & project updates of JCI Dhaka Cosmopolitan.
Concerned members briefed about their projects as well as all the events that have been carried out so far. The “Public Speaking Championship Award 2020” was given to “Aurthima Naznoor” who is 2020’s Champion from JCI Dhaka Cosmopolitan along with being 1 of the director in between others.
JCI is a non-profit international non-governmental organization comprising young icons aged between 18 and 40 years who work to create a positive impact on society. It has members in more than 120 countries.
In Bangladesh, JCI is working with 17 local chapters. JCI Dhaka Cosmopolitan is one of its founding chapters and actively works towards the development of young dynamic citizens, their empowerment and mental health as well.
