A woman yesterday filed a case with a court in Dhaka accusing the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of capital’s Jatrabari Police Station and 10 others on charge of abduction and rape.
The case was filed on Thursday with the Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-3.
Recording the complainant’s testimony, the tribunal Judge Jayasree Samaddar ordered a judicial inquiry into the incident.
Apart from OC Kazi Wazed Ali Mia, the case includes name of Sub-Inspector ASM Mahmudul Hasan also of the police station.
