Jashim Uddin, Superintendent Engineer of Power Development Board and Imu Riazul Hasan Superintendent Engineer of Water Development Board have been elected President and Secretary General respectively of Bangladesh Water and Power Engineers’ Association for 2015-2016 in an election held recently in the city’s Engineers’ Institution.
Other office-executives are: Vice-Presidents-Engr Habibur Rahman, Engr Ahsan Habib and Engr DSM Ferdaus, General Secretaries-Engr Abul Hossain Tuhin, Engr Hedaetullah Khan and Engr Akherul Islam. The new committee took over on June 5 last.
