Janata Bank Limited organizes its 9th annual general meeting in the board room of the bank in Dhaka on Sunday.
The AGM approved confirmation of the minutes of the 8th Annual General meeting, audited financial report of 2015 and appointments of auditors for 2016 including other relevant matters.Shaikh Md. Wahid-uz-Zaman, Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting.
Government’s representative Gokul Chand Dash, Additional secretary, Bank and Financial Institutions Division, Directors of Janata Bank Md. Emdadul Hoque, A.K.M Kamrul Islam, FCA, Manik Chandra Dey, Khondker Sabera Islam, Md. Mofazzal Husain, A K Fazlul Ahad, Masih Malik Chowdhury, CEO and Managing Director Md. Abdus Salam All DMD and General Managers were present on the occasion.
